Rhonda Anderson - Balloon Sculptor

Rhonda Anderson has a background in education and has entertained
for children ages zero to one hundred! Rhonda's balloons always have a
unique cartoon flair! In one hour she can complete up to 50 balloons
depending on the complexity of the balloons requested.

Serves: Maryland, Washington DC, Northern Virginia and the surrounding areas. Will travel.

Rate: $150/hour with a two hour minimum, or $260 for one hour. Rhonda can only do a one hour event if it is within 30 miles of Pasadena, MD.
