Billy is a native of Lugoff, SC and has been sketching since childhood. He began his career as an accomplished artist and Illustrator in 1990. He has been commissioned by many Corporate and Non Profit Organizations and has demonstrated his work at Festivals, Fairs and Events all over the South Carolina area.

 

 

 

 

 

 

His affiliations with Nonprofit Organizations sparked a deep desire to work with causes that help improve South Carolina’s humane efforts. In 2000, he began Caricature Illustration and Design working with a large and diverse group in the Columbia and surrounding areas of South Carolina.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Since that time, Billy has had the privilege of working with many organizations including: SC National, Kidney Foundation, Five Points Association, Sparkleberry Fair, The State Museum, Kansas City BBQ Association, City of Laurens, City of Greenwood, City of Union, Yemassee Shrimp Festival, Town of Yemassee, Covington Health Care, Richland County Public Library, Kershaw County Public Library, Vista Events, Sexual Trauma Services of the Midlands, PGA, University of South Carolina, Webb Rawls Fine Art Galleries....and many others!
