Dave Boatman's caricatures and cartoon illustrations have been used in advertising and marketing campaigns for both large and small corporations. His cartoon strip, panel and editorial cartoons are published in magazines and newspapers across the country.  Reed Starline Greeting Cards have produced and distributed Dave's humorous perspectives as an International greeting card line featuring "Pete Casso", greeting card painter extraordinaire.   Pete is a play on Dave's favorite artist, Picasso. 

Dave also performs at corporate and private events, where he draws caricatures. When you book Dave Boatman, you get "Stand-Up Comedy in a Sit-Down Artistic Manner!" It's a fun-filled afternoon or evening of clean comedy and cartoon surprises.

Most recently Dave has drawn caricatures at the Spiderman 2, Shaggy Dog and Curious George movie premiere events and also at Dionne Warwick’s 45^th anniversary event at the Palladium in Hollywood. Dave has also spent several years drawing at Universal Studios, Knotts Berry Farm, Disney and the Kodak Theatre.
