Elgin Bolling has been drawing professionally since the age of eight years old when he illustrated the cover of a book, Mother, These Are My Friends, for author Mary Anne Gross.
Since then he has studied fine arts at Hunter College in New York City, Pratt Institute, and The Brooklyn Museum Art School.
Since 1990 he has been entertaining young and old alike with his cartoon caricatures, quick wit, and off key singing.

- b&w body/gag: 12-15/hour
- color heads only: 12-15/hour
- color body/gag: 10-15/hour
Rate:
$150/hour with a 2 hour minimum.
