Dan Foster - Caricature Artist - Dayton, OH
Dan Foster is a freelance artist/caricaturist located outside of Dayton, Ohio. His business was established late 2000 upon his retirement from the U.S. Air Force. Although Dan went to a university as an art major for a couple of years prior to joining the service, he considers himself self-taught. His favorite medium is graphite - which he uses for portraits of people and pets, and detailed studio caricatures. For Dan's party caricatures he prefers using pen and ink and/or markers.
Although his party caricatures are influenced by his detailed portraiture, he strives to make kids cute, women glamorous, and as for men...well, sometimes he has to flatter them, too. Dan works many festivals in south western Ohio, although he prefers working parties and after-proms. In his free time, Dan enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters, hiking, reading and playing table tennis.

Rate:
$130/hour with a two hour minimum. $140/hour during the holiday season.
