Mike Gillespie - Caricature Artist - Dallas, TX

Mike Gillespie has been drawing faces since grade school, and has been caricaturing for the past 15 years. He attended the University of Texas at Austin where he received the Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree. He has done illustrations for such companies as IBM, Exxon, Verizon, and American Greetings. Portraits have been commissioned by the Texas Ranger Museum, Howard Payne University, and many private individuals as well. He has done murals for Black-eyed Pea Restaurants and Peter Wolf Scenic, Inc. A Scholarship Award Winner of the Pastel Society of America, he has also won other awards for portrait and landscape paintings.

b&w body/gag: 10-12/hour
color heads only: 6-8/hour
color body/gag: 3-4/hour

Rate:

$150/hour with a two hour minimum.
