Philip has lived and worked in and around New York City for over twenty years. He draws quick, positive, flattering cartoon portraits with personality and wit. He entertains at every type of affair, and also makes original art as party décor. He has experience with all media, from airbrush and pastel to Photoshop and digital photography.

b&w body/gag: 15/hour
color heads only: 15/hour
color body/gag: 12/hour

Rate: $200/hour for two hour events. $170/hr for events 3 hours or more in length.
