Kerry G. Johnson is a versatile caricaturist, humorous illustrator and graphic designer. He has drawn caricatures since his teen-age years. He had over 20 years of experience illustrating caricatures and designing graphics.

He is an award-winning professional illustrator whose artwork has been published in local and national publications and on Internet web sites.

He is the Art Director of the American Physical Society in College Park, MD.

He has worked as the graphics director of the Baltimore Sun and Pittsburgh Tribune-Review. He also has worked as a newsroom artist for other newspapers including the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, Columbus Dispatch, New Pittsburgh Courier and the Nashville Banner. He also has drawn editorial cartoons for other national magazines. His editorial cartoons have been reprinted the book ³The Best Cartoons of the Year² by Charles Brooks.

As an experienced graphic journalist/designer, he has played a major role in numerous award-winning feature page layouts, illustrations and information graphic packages. He also has art directed posters, magazines, workbooks, brochures and illustrated two coloring books.

His illustration and graphic design work has been recognized by several professional organization including the Society of News Design, National Association of Black Journalists, Press Club of Western Pennsylvania, Pittsburgh Media Federation, Newspaper Publishers Association and Pittsburgh ARTWorks Competition.
