Born in Yorkshire, England, Hazel Mitchell moved to the USA in 2000 to marry her husband.
Educated at Art college in York and Sunderland, she drew her first caricatures when serving in the Royal Navy, and hasn't stopped since. Her caricatures are fun, but not grotesque, and she always tries to include something personal to the subject from pets to work environment. |

Her work has been received by the British Royal Family. She specializes in caricature gifts, invitations and guest signature boards, and she also illustrates, both commercially and for children's genre. |

Hazel now lives in South Carolina but serves clients worldwide.
