Roland Napoli has been working as a professional freelance artist for over 25 years. Roland was part owner of a shop called "Custom Card" located in the Old Arcade in downtown Cleveland. He has done caricature and illustration work for many major downtown corporations as well as walk-in clients. Roland has a cartoon strip running in a national publication called" Club and resort Business" and he also has been published internationally in a book called " Marilyn in Art" by Roger Taylor. |

Speeds:
b&w heads only: 15-20/hour
b&w body/gag: 7-10/hour
color heads only: 7-10/hour
color body/gag: 4/hour
Rate: $125/hour with a two hour minimum.
