Howie Noel is a freelance illustrator/cartoonist and he currently reside in Pasadena, MD. Howie self-publishes the independent comic "Mr. Scootles" which has been featured in Wizard Magazine. He has been a featured guest on the radio program "The Ed Norris Show" and designed characters for the entire cast. Howie feels his main strengths as an artist are his ability to capture likenesses and add humor to any subject.

Rate: $125/hour with a two hour minimum.
