As far back as Gordon “Gordie” Parker can remember, he has been drawing. He did his first mural for his High School Graduating class. He also drew caricatures and portraits of friends while in the USAF. He has been doing caricature drawings for over 30 years. Gordie started into the art of caricature in the early 1970’s (last century) doing Art and Crafts shows. He did the Arts and Crafts circuit for a number of years. Now he only does contracted shows, and Studio work, Cartooning and book illustration. He had no formal art training until the early 1970’s, when he enrolled at West Virginia State College for some evening art classes

Serves:
Charleston, WV and surrounding area. Travel fee will apply if event is over 100 mile from the Charleston regioin of West Virginia. Will Travel.
Speeds:
- b&w heads only: 12-15/hour
- b&w body/gag: 10-12/hour
- color heads only: 10-12/hour
- color body/gag: 8-10/hour
Rate:
$150/hour with two hour minimum.
