Robert Stolt - Caricature Artist - Austin, TX
Robert is mostly self-taught, thanks to his experience in a wide variety of artistic fields. He studied at the University of Texas in San Antonio and started working as a caricaturist on the historical San Antonio River walk in San Antonio, Texas. Robert has operated his own cartoon caricature business in San Antonio, Texas; Dallas, Texas; and Nashville, Tennessee. Robert is considered an accomplished, professional artist and illustrator performing both with airbrush and art markers. He has drawn models and celebrities from near and far.
Robert is noted for his caricature work having appeared nationwide at tradeshows, conventions, vacation resorts and fairs. Robert has done work for the country music group, "Diamond Rio," designing their tour t-shirts for the 2000 release of the album, "Stuff."
Robert also was commissioned to draw the RCA record executives for the Country Airplay Monitor (A Billboard Magazine subscription) at their Nashville offices in November of 2000. A native Texan, Robert now resides in Arizona with his loving and supportive wife, and is attending college studying art and 3-D animation, with aspirations to become a computer animator at an entertainment studio in the near future. Robert is also lightning-fast at storyboard illustration. He enjoys the challenge of creating illustrations of dynamic scenes, character models, and environmental effects. He works well under pressure and always welcomes a challenge.

Rate:
$150/hour with a 2 hour minimum and a 3 hour minimum in December.
