Terra is originally from Portland, OR, but was raised in the Silicon Valley area of Northern California.  She’s been filling up sketchbooks as long as she can remember and after graduating high school she went on to study illustration at the Academy of Arts University in San Francisco.   In San Francisco she was instantly captivated by the all of the small independent galleries and the experimental style of the painters and graffiti artists of the area. 

 

 

 

 

 

After leaving San Francisco, Terra made her way to Orlando, FL working at Disney World’s Animal Kingdom and at many of their resorts as a caricature artists.  She quickly developed exuberance toward the art of caricature and began to study the techniques of many of the caricature artists from not only Disney World, but also Sea World and Universal Studios. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Terra is skilled at drawing both adorable as well as exaggerated caricatures depending on your preference.  She primarily uses ink and watercolor for creating her live caricatures, but also works with many other mediums.  Terra is now back on the West Coast and is available for your party or event in the Vancouver, WA and Portland, OR areas!
