Mike Tofanelli Graduated from the Academy of Art College in San Francisco where he earned a BFA with distinction in illustration. As a freelance illustrator, his whimsical style is called on by magazines and children's book publishers. His caricature paintings, rendered in acrylics, have appeared in numerous national magazines including Rolling Stone, TV Guide, and Sports Illustrated for Kids and recently in Major League Baseball's 2007 All-Star game and World Series programs.
Mike started drawing caricatures at events in the early 90's as a way to supplement his freelance illustration assignments. As more and more requests for event caricature rolled in, it seemed like a good idea to make it a regular part of his livelihood.
Whether painting a celebrity for print, or drawing a guest at a party, Mike has a knack for capturing an unmistakable likeness in a fun and pleasing style. As your party caricaturist, he will keep your guests entertained and leave them with a one of a kind souvenir to remind them of your special event.

$175/hour with a 2 hour minimum.
