Makanani is the director of the Polynesian Entertainment Group, Lyau’s Luau Show. Makanani was born and raised in California, is of hapa origin, and has family in Oahu. She has a passion for Polynesian Dance and is trained in hula, tahitian, maori, and samoan.
Welcome to Lyau's Luau Show; an authentic Hawaiian Luau Entertainment Group. We are located in the Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area (Virginia & Maryland) and offer a Hawaiian Style Luau Show for all to enjoy at your special event.
We showcase an exciting variety of dances, music, costumes, fire knife and fire poi from the Polynesian Islands of Tahiti, Hawaii, Samoa, and New Zealand.
