The Spokane Face Painter - Bill E

Originally from Manchester, England, Bill E moved to the Spokane area of Washington State almost three years ago. He's been a professional artist most of his working life, starting out as a cartoonist and illustrator as well as being a professional performance clown. It was through clowning that Bill began to do facepainting and has done so for well over 20 years.

His speciality is being able to design original, one of a kind face paintings that he often matches to the sitter's clothes. He calls his painting 'face jewelry' and once people see how beautiful his work is, he finds he's usually painting more adults than children.

Rates: $110/hr with a 2 hour minimum.
