Colorado Face Painter Carol H

Carol H has been professionally painting faces since 2001. She enjoys transforming children, teens, and adults into wondrous and colorful creatures of the imagination. She has made a point of taking classes to improve her skills and enjoys teaching others how to paint as well. She loves to do full-face paintings such as tigers, robots or even blue and pink space cats! All of these larger designs take time and you can figure on approximately ten to twelve faces an hour.

Tribals are a special favorite and her brightly colored mask-type, half-face paintings are inspired by the wonderful variety in the world around her and can take between two and four minutes apiece.

She can do cheek art for large groups of kids, but feels that full and half-face designs encourage the child to enter the wide world of imagination. She uses easily removable, water-based Wolfe Bros Hydrocolors, Mehron/Paradise and Kryolon face paints, all of which have been approved by the FDA, all of which give a wide range of color and cover all skin tones. She loves to include metallics and sparkly poly-glitters in her designs. She is equally comfortable at a child’s birthday party, a corporate event, street fairs, and school, military, and church functions adapting her designs to fit the mood or theme.
