Phyllis Schulte has had years of experience in the fine arts field teaching and doing commissioned paintings. She owned and operated a teaching arts studio in the VA area for over seven years. She has been face painting for about three years and last year face painted at more than 70 jobs in the Northern and Metro areas of Virginia area at many restaurants, parties, daycare centers, and grand openings. Phyllis especially enjoys being around children, and can tailor the painting theme to suit their needs. |

Rate: $110/hr with a 2 hour minimum
Speed: approximately 12 full faces or 20 simple designs per hour.
