Serves: Montgomery County, Frederick County, Prince George's, and Howard County, MD. For Washington, DC; Northern Virginia; and Baltimore, MD a 3 hour minimum is required. Will travel!

Rates: $110/hr with a 2 hour minimum.

Speeds:

Simple Designs: 8-18/hr
Full Face Designs: 7-12/hr
