Kanchan began doing henna art in 1989 as a hobby during a summer vacation when she was 15. Since then she has been applying henna occasionally on friends and family in India.

Now in the U.S. she has been a professional henna artist for the past 3 years. She specializes in Traditional Indian and Arabic Designs with or without gilding. She works for brides, pregnant women, parties, corporate events, and promotional events. She uses 100% all natural henna and mixes her own pastes without any chemical additives.

Serves: Pleasanton, Livermore, Dublin, San Ramon, Castro Valley, Fremont, Newark, and Union City, CA area.

Rate: $150/hour with a two hour minimum.

Speed: approximately 10-20 tattoos an hour depending on complexity.
