Casey Carroll had no idea that the cold November day in the 23rd St library in Manhattan would be the day her life would be changed forever. This was her neighborhood stop for some inspiration, and boy did she get some!
Henna Body Art was being done by an employee as an activity for
kids. Offering to help in any way that she could, Casey grabbed an applicator and the rest is history. Now located in Louisville, KY she is doing the Henna she learned in NYC and every day expanding her knowledge, creativity and experience. Louisville is an artist's town, and because of the high demand, Casey opened her business, Soul Spot: Henna Tattoos in 2004. |
 Location is flexible with henna because of the various events an artist can be a part of. Casey has been the artist at festivals such as: a Shakespeare Festival (adjacent to the St. James Art Fair), Henry County Renaissance Fair, and the Waldorf School Renaissance Faire. Casey has teamed up with Sitori Unique Gifts on Bardstown Rd. for the following events: Women of Wisdom, A Taste of Deer Park, Hip Hop, Bardstown Road Aglow, and Bardstown Bound. Parties include: wedding, birthday, new baby, and any milestone you can think of (usually done in the home of the Host/Hostess)! Promotional work has been done with BFG Communications, and most recently Casey was invited to Austin Peay State University in Tennessee to be a part of their biannual Multi-Cultural event. |

Mission Statement
Through my skills at Henna Body Art, I will adorn those who wish to temporarily wear a symbol of their journey, soul or anything that moves them.
Serves: Jackson, WY and surrounding area.
Rate: $150/hour with a two hour minimum.
Speed: 15-20 simple designs per hour or 5-10 more intricate designs per hour.
Our henna artists will not use black henna at your event.
Prices subject to change. Holiday rates may be higher. Number of henna designs per hour are approximate and cannot be guaranteed.
