Joanna is a henna tattoo artist in the Phoenix Metro area who does beautiful quality artwork. The henna paste she uses is all natural, mixed herself using fresh ingredients that may include crushed plant leaves, lemons, tea, cloves, cardamom, sugar and essential oils such as cajeput, tea tree, lavendar or eucalyptus oil. |

It always stains a dark reddish brown color, never black. She doesn't use black henna as it can be dangerous for sensitive skin. The pictures that look black simply have not had the paste removed yet. She has done henna for bridal showers, baby showers, belly dance events, ASU University, Macy's, the Phoenix Zoo, bachelorette parties, bar mitzvahs, birthday parties, art festivals, pregnant women, and one-on-one appointments. Rate: $150/hour with a two hour minimum.
Speed: approximately 15 tattoos an hour.
Our henna artists will not use black henna at your event.
