John Morello has strong ties to his large Italian family. At age eight, he had the honour of being asked to be the lead tenor in the nationally renowned Toronto St. Michael’s choir. While growing up, each week John got a chance to get to know the fabulously talented Dean Martin. Little did he know that as an adult he would take centre stage performing as this very entertainer.
Since 2003, John Morello has delighted and charmed audiences throughout both Canada and the United States with his portrayal of Dean Martin. With the look, charming mannerisms, and the velvet voice, John won “The Rising Star” award, as ‘Dean Martin’ in the Classic Headliners Category at the NAPTA Convention in January 2004. Taking the stage, John has performed for Fundraising Events and corporations such as Special Olympics, Niagara Regional Alzheimer’s, Hamilton Aids Network, Telus Canada, Toyota and numerous others taking his audience back in time to that famous “Rat Pack” era. |
Serves: Ontario, Canada, New York, and Michigan. Will also perform other places in the United States and Canada as long as travel, hotel, and daily expenses are provided.
Rates: For strolling, an appearance, or a stage show the rate starts at $1300 and a minimum of $200 will be required if John needs to travel.
