These seasoned stage performers sing, dance and act while executing uncanny look-a-like, sound-a-like impersonations of Lucy and Desi. Most importantly, they capture the souls of the famous couple and present them with a heartfelt reverence for their special place in the American and worldwide psyche.

This fast paced production features all new sketch material, fabulous costumes and exciting musical numbers including Cuban Pete/Sally Sweet, Babalu, The Lady In Red, By The Waters Of The Minnetonka, We’ll Build A Bungalow, I Yi Yi, California Here I Come, Sway, I Love Lucy and more. There are hilarious reenactments of those “Lucy moments” that fans know and love including the ever-famous Vitameatavegamin TV commercial. |
The show contains interactive elements including audience participation segments such as “Trivia Time”, the game show where three “contestants” test their knowledge of the I Love Lucy television show for prizes. Two other lucky audience members become Fred & Ethel and join in on a sing-a-long. Another audience member finds himself in the role of Little Ricky and yet another finds himself as Pretend Desi ! It is with all this interaction and adlibbing that no two shows are ever exactly alike.
