David Youngblood has always been a fan of Elvis Presley. Growing up his mother would always have them watching his movies, or listening to his music. As he got older, his natural black hair, and sideburns did start to give him the appearance of the King.

One night out with friends, someone asked, or dared, him to sing at karoke and of course his selection was an Elvis tune! The response from the crowd that night, made Dave's passion for performing come alive. This single act made him want to pay tribute to the King of Rock n Roll and keep his memory alive. He then became an ETA (Elvis Tribute Artist). He is possibly the first (or only) Eskimo Elvis known! Most people have come to know him simply as Youngblood.

He's performed in front of large audiences, like that of Branson, Missouri, as well as small groups like the Eagles, Elks, and the Moose Lodge. He's been booked for Shopping Mall Grand Openings, Wedding Receptions, Christmas Parties, Sock Hop Dances, Hotel Theme Parties, and Elvis Tributes.

He has also given special performances for benefits at the VFW and the Eagles Club. In August he performed and sang with several other ETA's at the First Annual Elvis in Paradise Fun Fest in Seminole, Florida.
