Every so often About Faces will post a new suggestion for unique party idea for you to try out. Our current idea is, appropriate for the season, a Christmas party.
Your guests will arrive and promptly be greeted by our elves and toy soldiers, some on stilts, who will stroll throughout your event, entertaining children and adults alike. |

Santa will be there of course, available for lap sitting and photographs. If you want the children to really remember Santa, have him put on a show full of magical storytelling and audience participation skits. The theme is "Weather Trouble," and at the end we find that a magical weather apprentice elf is having trouble. The children have to help. Audience participation skits will naturally include some balloon costuming: volunteers become reindeer and elves, complete with balloon antlers, harnesses, and elf hats. |

Invite a trio of Christmas carolers to complete the entertainment. Their authentic costumes and sweet voices add a touch of class and festive flair. Face painters can paint holly, ornaments, reindeer and santas onto smiling faces and wiggling arms. Caricature artists can draw all your guests, one by one, on a preprinted background of a sleigh being pulled by reindeer. |
