Ken Caplan - Magician

Ken Caplan is a seasoned magician in the Baltimore, MD area. He specializes in comedy, entertainment, and of course magic for all ages and is very excited about entertaining at your next party!

During Ken's career he has performed hundreds of adult and children's shows, at corporate events, cruises, charity functions, and been featured in the Washington Post. A winner of many awards, he is also the current President of the Baltimore Chapter of the International Brotherhood of Magicians.

Magic Stage Show: Ken’s Adult Magic Show is geared for the young at heart. From the start, a funny introduction and a hysterical dove production paves the way for a truly magical and comical experience throughout. Some of the routines include the highly acclaimed Egg Bag, Torn and Restored Newspaper, the Mirror Penetration, Bill in the Lemon, Sawing a Lady in Half ( makes her twice the person she was before ) a Toilet Plunger Routine all guaranteed to keep your audience wanting even more at the end. The funniest parts are of course audience participation. If laughter is the medicine, then this show is the cure. You owe it to your friends and guests.

Birthday Party: The childrens magic show comes complete with a live animal, music, interactive magic tricks, routines and
illusions, comedy close up magic before the show, sculptured animal balloons for all the kids after the show ( I pre make them )
a cookie routine, a very funny rabbit in the hat routine, a peanut butter and jelly routine-very funny, funny gags, a beautiful silk
fountain routine and so much more. Even the adults will laugh with amazement.

Strolling Magic: The strolling magic is not only amazing sleights of hand but extremely funny and entertaining. There are torn and restored string tricks, amazing card tricks, sponge balls, mentalism, illusions, silk productions and so much more all performed
in a very comical, non-intrusive style.

Serves: Baltimore, Washington, DC metropolitan area and Northern Virginia, as well as surrounding areas. Will travel.

Birthday Show Rate: $280 for a one hour show and is for 20 or fewer children.

Stage Show Rate: $280

Strolling rate: $150/hour with a two hour minimum
