Benjamin brings a unique set of skills from his training to each performance. He uses his education in Social-Psychology from the University of Maryland to create a unique brand of audience powered magic. For example, he uses his training in child development to tune every performance to the specific development level of your child. Several effects that happen in each performance are actually caused by members of your audience. He has also trained at the Studio Theater Acting Conservatory in DC to create a unique character and bring a unique focused level of intensity in front of your audience. These skills allow him to tune his performance to be the perfect entertainer for any event, with any age audience. (Benjamin is also a singer. He also performed as audience warm-up for Dana Carvey and an audience of 400 Ford Executives. His performances for adult and child audiences, close-up (Strolling) and on stage have all been personally directed by Irvin Kershner (Director of Star Wars the Empire Strikes Back) to achieve maximum entertainment for every moment. |

Defying Gravity
Benjamin brings all of his focus into one task, truly making an object fly around stage. When an audience member shuffles an invisible deck of cards and throws it back to the stage they become visible again. Everything is normal, except that a card the audience member named has appeared in the newly visible deck of cards backwards. Fans of cards are pulled out of the air from Benjamin's empty hands to the audiences amazement. This show keeps Benjamin's interactive style alive as audience members get to help make the magic happen. The show ends as Benjamin finally accomplishes his goal. A large magic wand will fly around the stage in an act that is choreographed to music to completely amaze any audience while Benjamin -Defies Gravity. Show length 45 minutes.

Strolling Magic in Your Hands
The perfect addition to any event, be it a corporate banquet, or wedding reception. Benjamin makes magic happen in your hands. Your guests will be amazed as coins are made to disappear from people's hands and reappear from behind thin air. People will forever remember the dinner, or event where a magician made a chosen card float invisibly from the middle of a deck of cards to the top. They will be thrilled as a green handkerchief that they help to straighten disappears and later reappears. And they will laugh wildly... as they mysteriously feel closer to each other. Benjamin has received special training in group dynamics and uses those principals with interactive techniques to draw your guests together. Through careful refinement, he has developed the perfect magic ice-breakers. As he concludes a short performance for a small group they will be left amazed, smiling and laughing, and they will be drawn together more as a social group. (They will not even know that was a main purpose of each performance.) Your guests will be left talking about the magic, talking more with each other, and feeling an overall sense of group cohesiveness. Birthday Show: How much fun and amazement can your children have? Bring this energetic and youthful entertainer to your next event and you will find out. Watch as your children get to make the magic happen in this interactive show. One magic wand will turn into seven magic wands, a magic coloring book will be magically be filled with your children's drawings, and Judy the mouse (A live looking, stuffed mouse) will turn into toilet paper, which will then turn into dozens of feet of rainbow streamer (appearing from the magicians mouth). As you have probably guessed this is a show that is focused on the funny that magic has to offer. Your child will be the star of the show and each child will get an opportunity to be the magician. Moments in the show have been created so that adults can participate in the magic as well.

Benjamin and The Magic Backpack
Imagine if you were trying to teach a child to read and they were fully inspired to do so. This show features kid-powered interactive magic to inspire children to read. Benjamin uses magic to fully engage the audience and smoothly incorporates inspirational material about reading into the event. Children will never forget the moment when they became a magician and made magic happen out of their own backpacks. Their mouths will drop open as a long magic wand begins to fly around the stage and the magician pulls cards from behind the air. This show is written specifically for elementary school aged audiences. It is available for schools, libraries, and special events such as book fairs.
