"Mr. Bump" - Stilt Walker

 

 

Mr. Bump has been performing professionally for over 5 years and has displayed his talents for organizations such as The Washington Opera, The Smithsonian Institution, Public Broadcasting Services (PBS), The Kennedy Center for Performing Arts, The National Theater, and AOL/Time Warner.

He is honored to have opened for Vice President Dick Cheney and Lynne Cheney (featured in the picture above) in a performance for members of Congress and Presidential Cabinet members at the party celebrating Mrs. Cheney’s book America: A Patriotic Primer. He was even more honored when they invited him back to perform at the Vice-Presidential residence on Constitution Day 2002.

Originally from New York, Mr. Bump was lured into the Washington metro area to pursue an education in Spanish and Business at Georgetown University.  He liked it so much that he stayed and has recently completed a Masters Degree in Latin American Studies with a concentration in Refugee and Humanitarian Crisis Issues in the Walsh School of Foreign Service.

Serves: Baltimore, Washington, DC and Northern Virginia, as well as surrounding areas. Will travel.

Rate:  $150/hour with a two hour minimum, or $260 for one hour
